Frequently Asked Questions (Additional):
1. If the visitor is able to call me, will he/she be able to view my contact details?

For security purposes, the visitors will not be able to view your contact numbers and will thus only be able to make the phone call via i-Comm solution. Hence, your contact details are safely secured within the system.

2. I noticed that when carrying out the Self Check-In process, I have to state the level and room no. of the person that I intend to visit. Is this necessary? Why can’t I just state the resident’s name only?

Yes. Firstly, this is to ensure that you are visiting the correct neighbourhood and that the individual that you are visiting is currently living in the stated unit. This particular step is also done to prevent misuse of the intercom feature.

3. What if the resident did not pick up the call, will I still be able to access the neighbourhood?

Unfortunately, no. If residents did not respond or accept your visitation, you will not be able to access into the neighbourhood. We thus recommend that you come back at a later time as the resident that you are visiting might be busy at the moment.

4. Once I’ve approved the visitation, does this mean that my visitors will have unlimited access into the neighbourhood from this point onwards?

No, depending on the settings done by the Admins of the neighbourhood. Your visitors will have a limited amount of access into the neighbourhood. For example, once the QR Codes provided have expired, visitors will no longer have access into the neighbourhood and may be required to register themselves again in order to gain access.
