Contractor Module was introduced in December 2021, and here we are introducing yet another improvement on the Contractor Module that emphasizes a greater user experience. In this update, a few improvements have been added to enhance this feature. We would like to highlight some of the notable features, Request Alert and Attachment.
Request Alert acts as a notification to the admins, notifications will be sent to the selected admins whenever there is any contactator request, not only can this alert be toggled off, management is also granted the flexibility to select recipients of the alert. System check-time can also be set to allow checking on unapproved contractor requests.
