New Features
1. Statement Cum Invoice
The statement cum invoice feature allows multiple invoices to be consolidated into one statement. This allows the residents to receive multiple invoices within each statement without having to receive multiple emails and notifications for all the invoices incurred within the month. In addition, the residents can now make payment for multiple invoices from different statements and be recorded under one receipt.

a. When the management has uploaded the statement cum invoice, the residents can then make payment for the multiple invoices included in the statement.
 
b. The management can keep track of the status of each statement cum invoices uploaded into the neighbourhood via i-Neighbour Web.
2. Emergency Event History - Print Report
The emergency event history module keeps record of all the events when the panic button has been triggered. The new feature now allows the management to generate and print the reports of all events within the community.

a. The management can generate and print the report of all events within the community.
 
b. The management can also print individual emergency event reports.
c. Sample Detailed Emergency Report generated.
d. Total Emergency Report generated.
3. View All Visitor History
This new feature enables all residents to view all visitor activities within the unit. This feature is only available if the occupancy status is “Owner”. Residents can also view who has invited the visitor in the visitor information screen.

a. The unit owner can enable the feature to view all visitor history.
b. Residents can refer to the visitor information to know who invited the visitor.
