2. Vehicle Access Pass Enhancement
We’ve introduced several enhancements to the Vehicle Access feature in the iNeighbour app to make vehicle management more intuitive for residents.
Key Features:
- Access Status Indicators: In Use and Away toggle

To improve clarity and control in the Vehicle Access listing, we’ve introduced visual indicators that reflect each vehicle's current access status:
In Use: The vehicle is active and allowed entry. This status is typically selected when the vehicle is in regular use.
Away: The vehicle is temporarily inactive. Useful when access is not required, such as when the resident is away.
- Clear Request Status Indicators

Managing vehicle updates is now more transparent, with clearer status indicators:
Pending Add, Edit, or Delete requests are visibly marked.
Approved changes with future effective dates are also labeled to avoid confusion.
- Notification Recipient Update

To improve communication clarity, the section has been renamed to Notification Recipient. Users can view or update the assigned recipient who will receive vehicle-related notifications.
3. Homepage Banner Enhancement
We’ve improved how account status and outstanding balances are displayed in the i-Neighbour app to provide better visibility and transparency for all users.
- View or Hide Outstanding Balance

Users with outstanding payments can now choose to hide or view their balance directly from the home banner.
To keep the information relevant and timely, the banner only includes overdue and current-month charges. Future-dated invoices are excluded from the total due.
4. E-Billing Revamp
Last month, we carried out a major revamp of the E-Billing Module—not just in terms of design, but also in features and user flow. The improvements include:
- Merged Invoice & SCI View

All billing records—including Service Charge Invoices (SCI)—are now listed in a single list. Users can filter by type or search using account codes. This update removes confusion and gives a complete view of all charges at a glance.

Residents with no outstanding bills can now make advance payments (based on the neighbourhood settings). These will be automatically applied to future charges. It’s an easy way to stay ahead on payments and avoid late fees.
- E-Invoice Submission & Download

For neighbourhoods integrated with iAccount’s e-invoicing system, residents can now:
Submit E-Invoice details directly from the app
Download E-Invoice PDFs when available
- Self-Generated Account Statements

Residents can now generate their own account statements directly from the app. These are shown in PDF format and can be downloaded instantly.
- Bill & Statement Sharing for Residents and Admins
Unit Owners can choose which bill types (e.g., water, maintenance) to share with tenants

- Mailer Logs for Billing Emails
A new Mailer Log is now available under the Reports module to help admins monitor billing-related email communications.
Admins can easily search, filter, and export the data in CSV or PDF format, making it easier to track communication history and resolve billing-related issues efficiently.
The Mailer Log currently covers billing emails, with more modules planned in upcoming enhancements. This is just the beginning—stay tuned.
