1. Defect Report Module Enhancement
Defect Report Module centralises defect information and improves communication between the Management Team and Unit Owners for a pleasant house buying experience.

In this latest enhancement, we have added the Edit and Delete function for each defect item before the Ticket is being posted. When a user has added multiple defect items within a defect ticket, he/she can amend the previous details by clicking the Edit/Delete button next to the respective item.

Once confirmed, the user can publish the Ticket and the details will no longer be editable.

3. Support Download for Visitor QR Code
The Visitor QR Code received from the unit owners will speed up the process of visitor registration upon arrival at the neighbourhood. Once the owner sends out an invitation to a visitor, the visitor will need to register their information in order to acquire the QR Code within the invitation link.

In this latest enhancement, we have added the download function whereby the visitor can save the QR Code as PDF.
4. Key Collection - Edit Status for Expired Ticket
The Key Collection module allows unit owners to schedule the appointment with the management, as well as marking it down within the management’s calendar after approval.

In this latest enhancement, we have added the Edit function to amend the expired ticket’s status. In the case where the admin forgets or unable to update the appointment status in time to ‘Successful/Unsuccessful’, the admin can still change the status of the tickets from the expired tab.
