Request > Panic Button - For Emergency Use
i-Neighbour is created for the sake of a neighbourhood's security. We work our best and always prepare for the worst. Panic button is a great tool for a neighbourhood, especially for the residents to get help during emergency. In case of emergency, residents can trigger the panic button on i-Neighbour App and S.O.S request will be sent via push notification (mobile app) to emergency contact person, residential management, committee members and security personnel.
When Panic Button is triggered, flash and sound will be played on the smartphone. Users (residents) can turn on or off the flash and sound in Settings. Also, five (5) photos will be taken by the user's phone and will be uploaded to the server to be seen by the neighbourhood's emergency contact person, residential management, committee members and security personnel and, or, whoever receive the push notification.
We will prepare "Testing Mode" for users to test and demonstrate. In Testing Mode, photos taken will be saved to the smartphone’s photo gallery and they will not be uploaded to the server.
