0 Mobile - Add emergency contact - just in case.

We are working to add a new feature which allows resident to add emergency contact in i-Neighbour Mobile app. With this emergency contact, when the resident triggers Panic Button, besides the default receivers set by neighbourhood, all the contacts in emergency contact will also receive push notification.

0 Panic Button - For Emergency Use

i-Neighbour is created for the sake of a neighbourhood's security. We work our best and always prepare for the worst. Panic button is a great tool for a neighbourhood, especially for the residents to get help during emergency. In case of emergency, residents can trigger the panic button on i-Neighbour App and S.O.S request will be sent via push notification (mobile app) to emergency contact person, residential management, committee members and security personnel.

When Panic Button is triggered, flash and sound will be played on the smartphone. Users (residents) can turn on or off the flash and sound in Settings. Also, five (5) photos will be taken by the user's phone and will be uploaded to the server to be seen by the neighbourhood's emergency contact person, residential management, committee members and security personnel and, or, whoever receive the push notification.

0 Putting effort to make sure visitor provide real photo

When a neighbourhood management requests their visitor to provide his/her photo, we expect them to provide real photo. However, there may be some of them refuse to provide their real photo by simply uploading any picture image. We are working on verifying uploaded photo, if the photo is not a "human" photo, we will prompt visitor to re-upload a new photo. By doing so, we hope to increase the possibility of visitor to provide their real photo.

0 Add Neighbourhood Website in Neighbourhood Profile

i-Neighbour is constantly improving our user-interface for user' friendliness. As most neighbourhoods have their own website, we will add shortcut icon to neighbourhood's website on the neighbourhood profile page, next to "email icon". So that visitors or any viewers can easily click on the hyperlink and go to the website hassle-free.

0 Mobile - Enable user to make phone call by tapping on the contact

User-friendliness is our priority. We are working on our mobile app - so that user can make phone call by simply tapping on the contact number, which includes contact numbers in security company profile, neighbourhood profile, committee members and important contacts.
